Fruited Baked Chicken
|Broiler fryer chicken||1 , cut in serving pieces|
|Seasoned coating mix||2 3⁄8 Ounce (1 package)|
|Refrigerator biscuits||8 Ounce (1 tube)|
|Canned peach halves||1 Pound, drained (1 can)|
|Orange marmalade||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Prepare chicken with mix as directed on mix package.
Arrange in greased shallow baking dish and bake in preheated moderate oven (375Â°F.) 50 minutes, or until done.
Remove from oven and increase temperature to 475Â°F.
Stack chicken in center of dish.
Put biscuits in one end of dish and peaches in other end; dot peaches with marmalade.
Return to oven 10 minutes, or until biscuits are done.
