Wine Broiled Chicken

Ingredients
  Sauterene 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Soy sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ready to cook chicken 4 1⁄2 Pound, halved lengthwise (3 whole, 1 1/2 pound each)
Directions

Combine sauterne, soy sauce, salad oil, onion, and mustard; mix well.
Cover and let stand several hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator.
Brush meat with wine mixture.
Place chicken, skin side down, on grill.
Cook over medium coals 20 minutes or till lightly browned, brushing occasionally with wine mixture.
Turn chicken halves; broil 15 to 20 minutes longer or till done, brushing occasionally with wine mixture.
