|Fryer chicken/3 whole breasts||2 , cut into serving size pieces|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Crisp wheat free gluten free crumbs||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Garlic/1/4 teaspoon garlic powder||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Salt||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Dip each piece of chicken into melted butter.
Combine next five ingredients.
Dip buttered chicken pieces into crumb mixture to completely cover.
Arrange in a single layer, not touching, in a shallow baking dish.
Dot with additional butter if desired.
Bake at 350° 45 minutes to 1 hour, or until chicken is tender and browned.
