|Frying chicken||3 Pound, cut into serving pieces|
|Freshly ground pepper||1 Teaspoon|
|Grated fresh ginger||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs), at room temperature (2 Sticks)|
|Plain yogurt||1 1⁄2 Pint|
Rub chicken pieces with pepper and ginger.
Cook chicken in 1/2 cup butter over medium heat, turning often, until chicken is browned and tender.
Blend together remaining butter and yogurt.
Spoon over chicken; reduce heat and simmer until sauce is heated through.
