Yogurt Chicken

Ingredients
  Frying chicken 3 Pound, cut into serving pieces
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Grated fresh ginger 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs), at room temperature (2 Sticks)
  Plain yogurt 1 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

Rub chicken pieces with pepper and ginger.
Cook chicken in 1/2 cup butter over medium heat, turning often, until chicken is browned and tender.
Blend together remaining butter and yogurt.
Spoon over chicken; reduce heat and simmer until sauce is heated through.
