South Sea Marinade For Chicken
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Tarragon vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Onion||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
|Ginger||1 Teaspoon, ground|
|Cloves||1⁄8 Teaspoon, ground|
Shake all ingredients in a screw-top jar.
Pour over raw chicken pieces; cover and chill for several hours.
Use sauce to brush and baste chicken pieces after their first browning.
