Savory Chicken Breasts
|Luncheon meat||6 Ounce|
|Seasoned bread stuffing mix||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flavor salt||To Taste|
Preheat oven to 400F.
Shred luncheon meat into a bowl.
Stir in stuffing mix, egg and enough mayonnaise to moisten.
Taste and add a little onion, salt, Worcestershire if you wish.
Arrange chicken, skin side up in an oiled bake dish.
Sprinkle with flavor salt.
Bake 15 minutes.
Turn chicken and fill cavities with spoonfuls of stuffing.
Reduce heat to 350F and bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.
