|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parsley||2 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
|Chives||2 Teaspoon, finely chopped|
1. Melt butter in a shallow glass baking dish in microwave oven (about 45 seconds at HIGH). Add herbs, salt and pepper; stir.
2. Add drumsticks and turn to coat with butter mixture.
3. Arrange each drumstick with thin portion toward the center. Cover with waxed paper. Cook in microwave oven 16 to 18 minutes at ROAST, or until tender; rotate the dish one-half turn twice and turn chicken pieces over once.
