Chicken Kandhari

Ingredients
  Chicken 1 Large, de-boned and diced
  Ghee 2 Tablespoon
  Cashew nuts 1 Tablespoon
  Coconut powder 2 Tablespoon
  Tomato puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ginger garlic paste 2 Tablespoon
  Mixed whole garam masala 2 Teaspoon
  Onions 2 Large, chopped fine
  Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

1. In a frying pan saute chicken pieces till the water dries.
2. Heat ghee and saute onions till golden brown. Add ginger-garlic paste, whole garam masala and fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add coconut powder and tomato puree and stir for few minutes. Add chicken to gravy and cook on a slow fire till chicken is tender.
3. Finish with cream.
