Susie's Fried Chicken

Ingredients
  Eggs 2 , slightly beaten
  Milk 2 Tablespoon
  Frying chickens 2 Small, cut into pieces
  Flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Seasoned bread crumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil/Shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix eggs and milk together in a pie plate.
Dredge chicken pieces in flour, then dip in the egg-milk mixture and into seasoned crumbs.
Let coating dry for 10 minutes.
Fry in 1/2-inch hot oil in a deep frying pan until golden-brown and tender, about 30 to 40 minutes, depending on size of pieces.
Turn chicken several times during the cooking.
