Crispy Parmesan Baked Chicken
|Cut up chicken||3 Pound (6 Servings)|
|Salad oil/Italian dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dry stuffing mix||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Dip chicken pieces in oil or dressing, then dredge in a mixture of stuffing mix and cheese.
Arrange, skin side down, in a greased shallow bake pan and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Turn and bake until tender, about 20 minutes longer.
