Crispy Parmesan Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  Cut up chicken 3 Pound (6 Servings)
  Salad oil/Italian dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry stuffing mix 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Dip chicken pieces in oil or dressing, then dredge in a mixture of stuffing mix and cheese.
Arrange, skin side down, in a greased shallow bake pan and bake at 350F for 30 minutes.
Turn and bake until tender, about 20 minutes longer.
