Poached Chicken With Vegetables

Ingredients
  Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 4
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh marjoram/1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Carrot 1 Medium, coarsely shredded
  Leek 1 Medium, thinly sliced
  Zucchini 1 Medium, cut into thin strips
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  Dry white wine/Chicken broth 2 Tablespoon
  Thin lemon slices 4
Directions

Arrange chicken with thickest parts to outside edges in square microwavable dish, 8x8x2 inches.
Sprinkle with salt and half of the marjoram.
Place vegetables over chicken.
Drizzle with margarine and wine.
Sprinkle with remaining marjoram.
Top each with lemon slice.
Cover with plastic wrap, folding back one corner.
Microwave on high 10 to 12 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn after 5 minutes, until juices of chicken run clear and vegetables are crisp-tender
