Ingredients
1 12-ounce package uncooked whole wheat pasta
4 1/2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil, divided
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into thin strips
3 cups Vegetable Stir-Fry (frozen)
1/4 cup cornstarch
2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon minced
Directions

1. To prepare the sauce, combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir, or place in a closed container and shake.
