Chicken Cranberry Layers
|For chicken layer|
|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon (1 Envelope)|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Diced cooked chicken/Diced canned chicken||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Soften gelatin in 1/4 cuP cold water.
Dissolve over hot water.
Blend in mayonnaise, 1/2 cup water, lemon juice, and salt.
Add chicken, celery, and parsley.
Pour over cranberry layer; chill till firm.
Cut in 6 to 8 squares; invert on lettuce.
Top with mayonnaise and walnut halves.
