Golden Parmesan Chicken
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 Pound, cut up|
|Parmesan cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs), grated|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), melted|
Heat oven to 425°.
Crease baking pan, 13x9x2 inches.
Wash chicken and pat dry.
Mix cheese, salt and pepper.
Dip chicken into butter, then coat with cheese mixture.
Place chicken skin side down in pan.
Pour any remaining butter over chicken.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes.
Turn chicken; bake 20 minutes longer or until tender.
Cool chicken; cover and refrigerate.
