Simple Baked Chicken
|Broiler fryer||3 Pound, cut up and skinned (1 Fryer)|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Frozen lemonade concentrate||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed (Undiluted)|
|Canned low sodium chicken broth||2 Tablespoon (Undiluted)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried rosemary||1 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Freshly ground pepper||1 Teaspoon|
Place chicken on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
Combine lemonade concentrate, chicken broth, and garlic powder, stirring well.
Sprinkle chicken with rosemary and pepper; brush with some of lemonade mixture.
Bake at 400° for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is done, turning and basting occasionally with remaining lemonade mixture.
