Simple Baked Chicken

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer 3 Pound, cut up and skinned (1 Fryer)
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Frozen lemonade concentrate 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed (Undiluted)
  Canned low sodium chicken broth 2 Tablespoon (Undiluted)
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place chicken on a rack in a roasting pan coated with cooking spray.
Combine lemonade concentrate, chicken broth, and garlic powder, stirring well.
Sprinkle chicken with rosemary and pepper; brush with some of lemonade mixture.
Bake at 400° for 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is done, turning and basting occasionally with remaining lemonade mixture.
