Skinless boneless chicken
1⁄2 (Extracted From 1/2 Fruit)
Canned tomato sauce
1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Cube chicken and wash it.
Chop onion into dices.
chop peel of ginger and chop it.
Mince garlic cloves.
Squeeze lemon juice.
Heat oil, add chicken. Cook until chicken is brown.
Remove it from the pan and add another tablespoon of oil.
Add onion, garlic and ginger. Saute them.
Add butter. Lower the heat. Squeeze lemon juice.
Add garam masala, cumin and cayenne pepper. Stir it well.
Now add tomato sauce. Stir and let it cook for 2 minutes. Keep stirring.
Add evaporated milk and yogurt. Stir it.
Bring it to boil. Lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Keep stirring.
Add the chicken into the sauce. Mix it well.
Bring it to boil and then let it simmer for 15 minutes.
Serve it hot with nann or rice.
