Ingredients
3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
12 ounces mixed wild mushrooms, stems trimmed
1 cup plus
1 teaspoon all-purpose flour
Salt and freshly ground pepper
8 Foster Farms boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into
1 cup Marsala wine
1 cup chicken brot
Directions

1. Heat a large saute pan over medium-high heat. Add olive oil and mushrooms and saute until light brown, stirring occasionally, about 1-2 minutes. Remove mushrooms from the pan.
