|Parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), grated|
|Lemon pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Chicken breasts||6 , cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes (skinless, boneless)|
• Preheat oven in Convection Bake to 375°F (*350°F).
• Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, thyme, salt, lemon pepper and garlic powder. Mix well.
• Dip chicken cubes in butter and coat evenly with crumb mixture. Place coated chicken pieces on baking sheet.
• Convection Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until done.
