Orange Glazed Roast Chicken

Ingredients
  Broiler chicken 3 Pound (Or Fryer)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Safflower oil 1 Teaspoon
  Frozen orange juice concentrate 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs), thawed
  Chicken broth 17 1⁄3 Tablespoon (3/4 Cup Plus 1/3 Cup)
  Brown rice flour 4 Teaspoon
Directions

Rub chicken inside and out with salt, garlic powder and tarragon, then oil.
Place in bottom of roasting pan and roast at 400° 20 minutes.
Spoon orange juice over chicken.
Reduce heat to 375° and continue roasting about 40 minutes longer, or until tender.
Remove to platter and keep warm.
Pour the 3/4 cup chicken broth into drippings and heat, stirring until blended.
Mix the 1/3 cup broth with the flour.
Stir into pan and simmer, stirring, until thickened.
Serve chicken with rice mixed with raisins and chopped nuts or seeds.
Pass sauce.
