Preheat oven to 350°.
Place hens breast side up in a baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Blend well and simmer over medium heat. Simmer for a few minutes to release garlic and herb flavors.
Pour sauce over hens. Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes, or until tender, basting frequently to keep moist.
Place cooked hens on a bed of wild rice and garnish with parsley and thin slices of orange. Serve with sauce on the side.
