Chicken And Cherries

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chicken breasts 3 Large, cut in half lengthwise
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned pitted dark sweet cherries 1 Pound, drained (1 Can)
  Sauterne 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine flour, salt, paprika, and garlic salt in paper bag; add 2 or 3 pieces of chicken at a time and shake.
Melt butter in large skillet.
Add chicken and brown slowly, turning once.
Add cherries; pour sauterne over all.
Cover and simmer about 35 minutes or till tender.
Pass extra sauce.
