Ingredients
  Boneless chicken 12 Ounce, cut into pieces (340 Gram)
  Oil 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Cornstarch solution 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Soy sauce 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Wine 4 Teaspoon (20 Milliliter)
  Cornstarch 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Lemon juice 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Orange juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Lime juice 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Pineapple juice 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Sugar 30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)
  Ginger juice 2 Teaspoon (10 Milliliter)
  Water 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
Directions

1. Marinate chicken for 30 minutes.
2. Combine ingredients for fruit sauce and set aside.
3. Heat wok with oil and stir-fry chicken over high heat for 1 1/2-2 minutes.
4. Pour in fruit sauce mixture except cornstarch solution. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
