Neapolitan Chicken

  Onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  Virgin olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Sweet italian sausage 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1inch pieces
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
  Canned italian tomatoes 28 Ounce (1 Can)
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Rosemary 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Chicken breasts 2 , skinned, boned, and cubed
  Red bell pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Green bell pepper 1 , cut into strips
  Dry white wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Such As Italian Gavi)

In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until tender. Add sausage and lightly brown. Add tomato paste and cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes, spices, chicken, red and green pepper, and wine.
Simmer for 1 hour. Transfer to a tureen or a large bowl.
