|Chicken breasts||2 , skinned, boned, and cubed|
|Red bell pepper||1 , cut into strips|
|Green bell pepper||1 , cut into strips|
|Dry white wine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Such As Italian Gavi)|
In a large skillet, saute onion and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until tender. Add sausage and lightly brown. Add tomato paste and cook for a few minutes. Add tomatoes, spices, chicken, red and green pepper, and wine.
Simmer for 1 hour. Transfer to a tureen or a large bowl.
