|Eggs||4 Small (poached)|
Boil chicken bones and trimmings about 1 1/2 hr., use this stock to make the sauce.
When sauce is cooked, add minced chicken, season well, and heat thoroughly.
Serve in a shallow dish, very hot, with poached eggs on top.
