Spinach & Scallop Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  Whole boneless chicken breasts 40 Ounce, skin removed (4 Chicken Breasts, 10 Ounce Each)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped onion 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Frozen chopped spinach package 10 Ounce (1 Package, 10 Ounce)
  Bay scallops 1⁄4 Pound, cut
Directions

Pound each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap to 1/8-inch thickness.
Set aside.
In 1-quart casserole, combine butter, onion, garlic powder and thyme.
