Chicken With Herbs

Ingredients
  Chicken spring 1
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Teaspoon
  White wine 6 Tablespoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Rosemary 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, finley chopped
Directions

Heat the butter in the pan, put in the chicken joints and brown all over.
Sprinkle with the flour and add a little salt and pepper.
Add the wine and herbs.
Turn the chicken over once or twice and cook over low heat until the chicken is tender, about 15-20
