Chicken Cheddar And Apple Wraps

|Iceberg lettuce leaves||4|
|Reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese||2 Ounce, cut into 12 strips|
|Cooked chicken breasts||1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Granny smith apple||1 , peeled and cut into 16 slices|
|8 inch fat free tortillas||4|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
1 Combine the mustard and honey in a small bowl.
2 Layer 1 lettuce leaf, 3 cheese strips, one-quarter of the chicken, and 4 apple slices onto each tortilla; sprinkle with the salt and pepper. Drizzle each with 2 teaspoons of the mustard mixture; fold the sides over and roll up to enclose the filling. Cut the rolls in half on a slight diagonal.
