Sesame Chicken Nuggets With Plum Sauce

Ingredients
  Skinned boned chicken breast halves 6
  Pancake mix 11 Ounce (2 Packages, 5 1/2 Ounce Each)
  Water 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Sesame seeds 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Plum sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
Combine pancake mix and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Add chicken nuggets, stirring gentiy to coat.
Pour oil to depth of 2 inches into a Dutch oven; heat to 375°.
Fry chicken nuggets, a few at a time, until golden; drain on paper towels.
Serve warm with Plum Sauce.
