Sesame Chicken Nuggets With Plum Sauce
|Skinned boned chicken breast halves||6|
|Pancake mix||11 Ounce (2 Packages, 5 1/2 Ounce Each)|
|Water||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Sesame seeds||2 Tablespoon|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Plum sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
Combine pancake mix and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
Add chicken nuggets, stirring gentiy to coat.
Pour oil to depth of 2 inches into a Dutch oven; heat to 375°.
Fry chicken nuggets, a few at a time, until golden; drain on paper towels.
Serve warm with Plum Sauce.
