Layered Chicken And Broccoli
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce, defrosted and drained (1 Package)|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), finely chopped|
|Coarsely chopped cooked chicken/Turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned water chestnuts||8 Ounce, sliced (1 Can)|
|Dairy sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Stir broccoli, onion, garlic, salt and pepper in round baking dish, 8 x 1 1/2 inches. Cover tightly and microwave on high (100%) until vegetables are crisp-tender, 3 to 4 minutes; stir.
2. Arrange chicken and water chestnuts evenly on broccoli. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on high (100%) 3 minutes.
3. Mix sour cream, milk and salt; pour evenly over water chestnuts. Sprinkle with cheeses and paprika. Cover with waxed paper and microwave on medium-high (70%) until cheeses are melted, 3 to 5 minutes.
