Chicken Dim Sum
|Pork fat||50 Gram|
|Spl dim sum flour||250 Gram|
|Spring onion||20 Gram|
|White pepper||2 Gram|
|Aromat powder||4 Gram|
|Oyster sauce||1 Teaspoon|
Boil some water, add the dim sum flour and remove from the fire,mix with a wooden spatula ,and cover with a cloth and leave.
Dice the chicken in tosmall pieces and cook the chicken with onion, garlic, salt, aromat, spring onion .
Allow to cool.
Divide the dough into small pieces ,roll out very thin and put the stuffing inside, and seal from the base.
Arrange all the dimsums on a tray, and keep in chiller.
On order take out 04 oer portions ,put in a bamboo basket and put into steamer.
Cook till it is transparent and serve hot.
