Basic Ginger Flavored Chicken Stock
|Water||1 1⁄2 Liter (6 Cups)|
|Chicken bones||2 1⁄2 Pound (Legs, Wings, Necks Etc. Weighing 1025 Gram In All)|
|Green onion stalks||3|
|White pepper||1 Pinch|
Bring 6 cups of water to a boil over high heat.
Add chicken bones and reduce heat to medium-low.
Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
Occasionally skim foam from soup while cooking.
Add ginger, green onion and remaining seasoning.
Continue to simmer for 20-25 minutes.
