Sesame Chicken Balls
|Canned boned chicken||10 Ounce, drained and finely chopped (2 Cans, 5 Ounce Each)|
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped pimiento||2 Tablespoon|
|Finely chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Bottled hot pepper sauce||4 Drop|
|Toasted sesame seed||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine chicken, salad dressing, pimiento, onion, mustard, and hot pepper sauce.
Mix until thoroughly blended.
Form into balls, using about 1 teaspoon mixture for each.
Chill thoroughly, about 1 hour.
Roll chilled balls in sesame seed.
