Buttery Chicken Spread
|Shredded cooked chicken||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Butter||1 Cup (16 tbs) (At Room Temperature)|
|Minced parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Ground cinnamon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried dill weed||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. Mix chicken, butter, parsley, onion, lemon juice, cinnamon and dill in medium bowl. Place in serving dish or small crock. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
2. Let mixture stand at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
