Chicken Ramekins

Ingredients
  Shortening 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Plain low fat yogurt 3 Tablespoon
  Dry breadcrumbs 3 Tablespoon
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Dried marjoram/Dried basil 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Canned chunk style chicken 5 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Plain low fat yogurt 2 Tablespoon
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Lightly grease two 6-ounce custard cups with shortening; set aside.
In a mixing bowl stir together the egg and the 3 tablespoons yogurt.
Stir in the bread crumbs, parsley, marjoram or basil, salt, and onion powder.
Stir undrained chicken into egg mixture.
Spoon into prepared custard cups.
Cover each cup loosely with waxed paper.
Micro-cook on 100% power (HIGH) for 3 minutes or till almost firm.
Let stand, covered, for 2 minutes.
With a narrow metal spatula loosen edges; unmold onto a serving plate.
Dollop each with some of the 2 tablespoons yogurt.
Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
