Hoisin Grilled Chicken And Fruit Skewers

Ingredients
  Hoisin sauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Rice vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Minced garlic 1 Teaspoon
  Grated peeled ginger 1 Teaspoon (Use Fresh Ones)
  Skinless boneless chicken breast halves 16 Ounce, cut into 1 1/2 inch pieces
  Plums 3
Directions

1 Combine first 4 ingredients in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag; shake. Add chicken, and shake well to coat; marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning occasionally. Remove chicken, reserving marinade.
2. Prepare grill.
3. Cut plums into quarters. Thread chicken and plum pieces alternately onto 4 (12-inch) metal skewers.
4. Place skewers on grill rack coated with cooking spray. Brush skewers with half of reserved marinade. Grill 5 minutes; turn and baste with remaining marinade. Grill up to 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink in the center.
