Grilled Chicken Slices In Red Pepper Paste
|Chicken breast halves||4 , skinned, boned, partially frozen|
|Japanese soy sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Green onions||3 , smashed and slivered|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced|
|Dry roasted sesame seeds||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry white wine||3 Tablespoon|
|Korean red bean paste||2 Tablespoon (Kochu Jang)|
Preheat hibachi, portable tabletop-grill or griddle.
Slice each chicken breast half in 1/8- to 1/4-inch-thick diagonal strips.
In a medium-size bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Coat chicken with mixture.
Grill chicken, turning several times, 2 to 3 minutes or until done.
Recipe can be doubled.
