Grilled Chicken Slices In Red Pepper Paste

Ingredients
  Chicken breast halves 4 , skinned, boned, partially frozen
  Japanese soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Green onions 3 , smashed and slivered
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), finely minced
  Dry roasted sesame seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Dry white wine 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Korean red bean paste 2 Tablespoon (Kochu Jang)
Directions

Preheat hibachi, portable tabletop-grill or griddle.
Slice each chicken breast half in 1/8- to 1/4-inch-thick diagonal strips.
In a medium-size bowl, combine remaining ingredients.
Coat chicken with mixture.
Grill chicken, turning several times, 2 to 3 minutes or until done.
Recipe can be doubled.
