Cold Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
  Boneless chicken breasts 4
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed with a knife
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Cold pressed vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh thyme/Dried thyme To Taste
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste
  Vegetable seasoning To Taste
Directions

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and toss to combine.
Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours, Preheat the broiler.
Remove the chicken breasts from the marinade and dry with paper towels.
Broil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until cooked but not dry.
Let cool, cover well with plastic wrap or foil, and refrigerate until you pack the picnic lunch.
