Chicken Dijon With Artichokes

Ingredients
  Chicken breast halves 8 , boned and skinned
  Fat free chicken broth 6 Tablespoon
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Fat free chicken broth 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Evaporated skim milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dijon mustard 4 Tablespoon
  Canned artichoke hearts 14 1⁄2 Ounce, drained and sliced (1 Can)
Directions

In a large non-stick skillet that has been sprayed with a non-fat cooking spray, saute chicken in 6 Tbs.chicken broth.
Remove from pan.
Add flour to pan and stir until smooth.
You might need to add 2 or 3 more Tbs.liquid Butter Buds if it is too dry.
Stir in 2 cups broth and skim milk.
Next add mustard.
Add artichoke hearts and simmer chicken in sauce for 30 minutes.
