Tomato Basil Chicken

Ingredients
  Chopped seeded peeled tomato/About 3 large 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Fresh basil leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red wine vinegar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Balsamic vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), chopped
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Skinless boneless chicken breast halves 24 Ounce (6 Halves, 4 Ounces Each)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Preheat grill.
2. Combine first 6 ingredients in a food processor; process until smooth. With processor on, slowly add oil through food chute, processing until well blended.
3. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Grill chicken 6 to 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is done, and baste with 2/3 cup sauce during grilling. Slice chicken; drizzle evenly with remaining tomato basil sauce before serving.
