BBQ Herb Chicken

Enjoy the BBQ chicken 'sweet country herb' grilled and barbecued perfectly to make a perfect meal. Accompanied with skewed peppers and onion, this is a complete meal.
  Peppercorns 1 Tablespoon
  Rosemary 1 Teaspoon
  Savory 1 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken 1
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Tablespoon
  Liquid mesquite smoke 1 Tablespoon
  Ketchup 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon

Grind peppercorn, rosemary, peppercorn, savoury, onion powder, garlic powder and salt. Slice down chicken back and coat it with olive oil, dijon mustard and mesquite liquid smoke. Then rub the chicken seasoning into the chicken. Cover it with plastic wrap and refrigerate for an hour. Set a BBq and place the chicken over it with bone side down. Cover it and cook for 30 minutes at 350 F. Turn the chicken and apply zesty honey BBQ sauce. To make the sauce, mix ketchup, honey and lemon or lime juice and zest. After rubbing the sauce, cover it and BBQ for 20 minutes. Turn and apply more sauce. Skew pepper and onions. Grill on direct heat and serve with skewered peppers and onions.
