Grilled Jalapeno Chicken

Ingredients
  Lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Minced jalapeno 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Skinless chicken breast halves 36 Ounce (6 Halves, 6 Ounces Each)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Jalapeno pepper slices 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Combine first 4 ingredients in a large heavy-duty, zip-top plastic bag; add chicken.
Seal bag, and marinate chicken in refrigerator 1 hour, turning bag occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper.
Coat grill rack with cooking spray; place rack on grill over medium-hot coals (350° to 400°).
Place chicken on rack; grill, covered, 8 minutes on each side or until chicken is done, basting occasionally with marinade.
Transfer chicken to a large serving platter.
If desired, garnish chicken with jalapeno pepper slices and lime wedges.
