Easy Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Broiler fryer chicken 3 Pound, cut up (1 Piece)
  Crushed cornflakes/Crushed potato chips / 1/2 cup fine dry bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine butter, salt, and pepper.
Brush chicken with butter mixture, then roll in cornflakes, potato chips, or bread crumbs.
Place chicken, skin side up, without touching in an ungreased, large shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375° till tender, about 1 hour.
Do not turn.
Season to taste with salt.
