|Gingergarlic paste||1 Teaspoon|
|Soya sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Tomato sauce||4 Teaspoon|
|Red chili sauce||2 Teaspoon|
Cut chicken into small pieces, wash and smear some salt,little soya sauce,gingergarlic paste and mix well. Keep this marinade for 2hrs. atleast. Chop the capsicum thin & length wise.
Heat oil in a pan and add rest of the gingergarlic paste and stir well. Add the capsicum and stir fry well till slightly brown in colour. Now put red chilly sauce,soya sauce,salt ,tomato sauce and stir fry again nicely. Add the marinated chicken and mix all together well. Put the flame on low and cover the pan and keep it till the chicken is tender. Add the sugar and mix well. The chicken should be dry. After the chicken is done take it off from the flame and serve hot with sweet and sour tomato sauce.
