Ingredients
  Whole wheat bread slice 8
  Prepared sandwich spread 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lettuce 1⁄2 Pound
  Cooked chicken slice 8
  Canned green beans 1 Pound, drained (1 Can, Whole Blue Lake)
  Sweet pickle slices 1⁄4 Pound
  Ripe olives 1⁄4 Pound
Directions

1 Spread bread with sandwich spread. (Butter first, if you wish.)
2 Layer each of 4 slices this way: Lettuce, chicken, and green beans, dividing evenly. Top with remaining bread, sandwich-spread side down.
3 Cut each in half crosswise: garnish with sweet pickle slices and ripe olives threaded on a wooden pick.
