|Coarsely ground black pepper/2 teaspoons seasoned pepper||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Broiler fryer chicken||3 Pound, cut up (1 Whole)|
Combine melted butter, steak sauce, pepper, and salt.
Brush chicken pieces with butter mixture.
Place, skin side up, in ungreased shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375° till tender, 50 to 60 minutes.
