1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon fennel seed, crushed
1 boneless whole chicken breast (8 to 10 oz.) skin removed, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1/2 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons grated
In 1-quart casserole, combine yogurt, onion, garlic and fennel.
Add chicken strips.
Chill for at least 2 hours.
On wax paper, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika.
Roll each chicken strip in crumb mixture, pressing lightly to coat.
