Ingredients
  Russet potato/Yukon gold potato / 3 red potatoes 1 Medium
  Skinless boneless chicken breast halves/6 chicken tenders 1 Medium
  Canned diced tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)
  Taco seasoning 1 1⁄4 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Shredded cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste

1. Scrub potatoes. Cut in half lengthwise and then slice into 'A-inch-thick half-moons.
