Special Stuffed Chicken

Ingredients
  Chicken breasts 4
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dry bread crumbs 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Poultry seasoning 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Melted butter 2 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted
For mushroom sauce
  Fresh mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, cut into half
  Minced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Split chicken breasts, just enough to fold.
Combine flour, salt, paprika and dash of pepper in a paper bag.
Add chicken, shake the bag to coat.
Stuffing: Combine bread cubes, onion, 1/2 tsp.salt, poultry seasoning and pepper.
Add 2 tbs butter and hot water.
Toss gently to moisten.
Fill cavity of each piece of chicken with stuffing.
Use toothpicks to hold stuffing in.
Dip chicken in 1/2 cup melted butter.
Place in baking dish, bake in 325 degree oven for 45 minutes, or until tender.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve with mushroom sauce.
