|Seasoned flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Peanut oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
|Broiler fryer chicken||1 , quartered, rinsed and dried|
Preheat oven to 375° F.
Mix flour, oil, and curry powder together in a small bowl.
Brush mixture evenly over chicken.
Arrange chicken in a shallow pan and bake until juices run clear when thigh is pierced with a fork.
