Curried Chicken Quarters

Ingredients
  Seasoned flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Peanut oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Curry powder 1 Tablespoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)
  Broiler fryer chicken 1 , quartered, rinsed and dried
Directions

Preheat oven to 375° F.
Mix flour, oil, and curry powder together in a small bowl.
Brush mixture evenly over chicken.
Arrange chicken in a shallow pan and bake until juices run clear when thigh is pierced with a fork.
