|Diced cooked ham||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned mushroom stems and pieces||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned condensed cream of chicken soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced roasted almonds||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked rice||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Dried parsley flakes||4 Teaspoon|
|Canned mandarin oranges||2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
Combine chicken, ham, mushrooms, cream of chicken soup, milk, almonds, nutmeg, allspice and pepper in a large saucepan.
Bring to boil; cover and simmer over low heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
Prepare rice as directed on package.
When cooked, add parsley flakes.
